Step 1.

At first, open one of the resource image

Then open a sky image.

After that close the eye of Layer 1 and select the Magic Wand Tool and click on the sky until you have selected all of it.

After selection right click on your mouse and Select Inverse.

Add a Layer Mask beside Layer 0.

Now select Layer 1 and bring down after that open Layer 1 eye.

Go to Edit, then Select Free Transform, or Press Ctrl+T on your keyboard.

Fix the sky as you want, then press enter on your keyboard.

Now again close the eye of Layer 1 and right click on Layer 0 select Refine Mask.

Use the Refine Brush where you want to remove.

After complete this selection, press OK.

Open Layer 1 eye and select Layer 0.

Now go to Image>Adjustments>Brightness/Contrast.

Set the Brightness 23 and press OK.

Go to Image>Adjustments>Vibrance

Set the Vibrance 22 then press OK.

Press Ctrl+B on your keyboard and set Color Levels Red +7 and Yellow -17.

Set the color tone as Highlights and press OK.

Open a Bright Sparking Sun image.

Then change the Blend Mode Normal to Screen.

Press Ctrl+T on your keyboard and then set the sun on the sky.

After finishing the step press enter.

Now go to Filter>Blur>Lens Blur> OK.

Again, go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur>6.3> OK.

Press Ctrl+J on your keyboard for Duplicate Layer. Drag the Duplicate Layer above Layer 0.

Set the White Color as Foreground Color and select a Soft Brush. After that, create a New Layer and Brush on the tree.

Change the Blend Mode to Normal>Vivid Light.

Open another image with grass.

Click on Clone Tool, then press Alt and copy the grass and fill road side sections.

Go to Image>Adjustments>Levels>OK.

Press Ctrl +T on your keyboard and right click on mouse Select Perspective then set the image.

Create a New Layer and Drop Black Color with the Selection.

Reduce the Layer Opacity.

Go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur> Amount 10, Blur method: Spin, Quality: Good> ok
